The Mentorship At Work program is comprised of three components, each playing a key role in creating a successful mentorship experience. The first component is the Mentorship Matching Process. This advanced internet-based matching system provides a stress-free way of getting the right people together without the intimidation factor typical when matching mentees and mentors. Through easy-to-follow steps, mentors and mentees are matched based on their compatibilities and mentorship goals. Entering your profile and getting matched with a mentor / mentee is typically the first step taken by participants.

The next component is the Mentorship At Work Roadmap. This guides the mentee and mentor through the mentorship journey by ensuring that key steps are planned and performed along the way. The Roadmap guides all participants through the steps of establishing a fulfilling and rewarding mentorship relationship. We recognize that different organizations desire varying levels of structure over the mentoring process. The Mentorship At Work program accommodates this and allows clients to preset the desired level of structure for the program.

The third component provides the participants with the necessary skills needed by both the mentors and the mentees for effective mentorship to take place. This component provides information and resources for the mentorship development workshops that are delivered to all participants. This also includes resource information that helps participants in their ongoing development of mentorship skills.
